Logging and creation of log files
When our website is accessed, a number of technical data are logged. This general data and information is stored in the server's log files. The deletion of the log files takes place after 14 days.
In the context of the use of the chat function, this is done on the basis of your consent in accordance with § 25 para. 1 TTDSG with regard to the setting of the cookie ("chat") and in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. a) DS-GVO with regard to the subsequent processing of personal data. By means of the cookie, the name selected for the use of the chat as well as the ID of the last message transmission are stored so that the corresponding form can be provided already pre-filled. These cookies are stored for the session.
Furthermore, only absolutely necessary cookies are used on our website in accordance with § 25 para. 2 no. 2 TTDSG. The subsequent processing of your personal data is based on our overriding legitimate interest in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. f) DS-GVO. Our legitimate interest in this respect consists in the storage of login information and language settings ("wire") as well as in the storage of viewed and fixed news entries to avoid the highlighting of entries that have already been viewed ("seen"). These cookies are stored for the duration of the session ("wire"), respectivly for 4 days ("seen").
Use of the local browser memory (local storage)

Based on our legitimate interest pursuant to Art. 6 (1) sentence 1 lit. f) DS-GVO in a visual representation of game locations, we integrate map content from Leaflet using the services of Stadia Maps, Inc (6650 Rivers Ave, Charleston, South Carolina 29406, USA). Only European server locations are used to provide the map content. Through the integration and use of the map content, both usage data (e.g. access times) and communication data (e.g. IP addresses) may be processed by Stadia Maps, Inc.
